Your privacy
Two Sides is built so that helping you never requires knowing who you are.
What we store
For up to 7 days, one session record holds:
- The summary card you confirmed
- The reflection and reports generated for you
- A safety level (none / medium / high)
- Hashed access tokens — the links themselves are never stored
- The invite code, if you created one
Daily counters
We also keep anonymous daily totals — numbers like “how many people tapped Help Now today”. Nothing connects a number to a person or a session: no cookies, no IP addresses, no identifiers. Tapping 👍 or 👎 adds an anonymous +1 and nothing else. Your browser keeps a local note of your first visit — which link brought you and the day — so a later visit can add an anonymous +1 to a “returning visits” total. It identifies no one and never leaves your device by itself.
What we never store
- Chat messages — read once to respond, never saved
- Follow-up notes you write
- Names, phone numbers, or email addresses
- IP addresses, cookies, or device fingerprints
- Accounts — there are none
When it is deleted
Every session deletes itself after 7 days. “Delete everything now” removes it immediately, from every screen.
